| Remember the AMTA Registration Form must be mailed to Mike
McLaughlin, Treasurer (TEMP). The cost for the AMTA Banquet is $29.00 for
each person attending. CLICK HERE
to go to the 2007 AMTA Reunion page. The cutoff date for the AMTA
Banquet money to be received by Mike is September 14, 2007.

GOLF OUTING |
| If you wish to play in the AMTA Golf Outing you must mail your check
to Mike McLaughlin just as you did for the banquet. One check can
be written to cover everything including your mulligan for golf.
The cost for golf including prize money and a mulligan is $45.50 (this
includes $3.00 for a mulligan). |
